Trainee Test Day 2018

On Saturday, 27.01.2018 our first trainee test day took place. Seven applicants (4 office management assistants and 3 IT specialists) faced the different test situations.

For us, Andreas Grimm, Tina Trauth and Iris Werner, it was a very good opportunity to observe the candidates in the various tests, such as group work, and to get to know them personally.

Der Test war für scanware erfolgreich, wir konnten aus den Bewerbern einzelne Kandidaten für Schnuppertage im Unternehmen bestimmen. Auch das Feedback der einzelnen Bewerber war durchweg positiv – somit war es eine absolut erfolgreiche Aktion.
