scanware already signed the Diversity Charter last September. We are committed to create a work environment that is free of prejudice and exclusion. scanware employees should experience appreciation – regardless of gender, nationality, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.
For our daily work that means that we recognize the diverse achievements and experiences of people and understand and use them as potential. “Diversity has not only been lived at scanware since the signing of the charter”, says Harald Mätzig, Managing Director of scanware. “scanware has always cultivated a corporate culture in which everyone is valued for their individual abilities and the individual effort speaks for themselves. The Diversity Charter is under the patronage of German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and is Germany’s largest corporate initiative for promoting diversity in companies.
