Product Inspection and Track & Trace at Centre Stage
At ACHEMA, scanware electronic GmbH is exhibiting its innovative inspection systems. This year, two areas will be highlighted: Concerning Product Inspection, the 3D Colour System is a solution that offers highest security for pharmaceutical producers. In the field of anti-counterfeiting, the high-resolution Case Inspection CAPA CI is attracting attention.
As a provider of inspection solutions along complete packaging lines, these systems are among numerous others which are exhibited live at ACHEMA and can be tried by booth visitors. The 3D system SPECTRA 3D which has been on the market since 2008 is now available as a combined solution including high-resolution colour inspection. This system enables producers the use of three-dimensional inspection even if construction space is scarce. A designated illumination unit has been developed in-house.
For Track & Trace, the company offers a number of solutions, from folding box to aggregation of bundles, cases and pallets. For the Case Inspection unit, the motor-driven height adjustment was optimised in cooperation with customers in Germany and Brazil. Furthermore, the implementation of a camera with a very high resolution is currently in progress.
